Joey is Robbie Freeman's older brother and was diagnosed with colon cancer a few months ago after his first colonoscopy. He has 2 sons and a daughter and works for Texas Eastman in Longview, TX.As of now, Joey is somewhere in the middle of a series of 12 chemotherapy treatments.
Hang in there, Joey. With this Pan-Mass Challenge there are a few thousand people you've never even met who're riding to raise money for cancer research and and better treatments. Hopefully chemotherapy treatments and their side-effects will soon be a thing of the past.
